Urea (3%):
Epidermal osmolyte with potent moisturizing activity. It increases the water retention capacity of the stratum corneum, regulates keratinocyte differentiation, and reduces corneocyte cohesion, facilitating physiological desquamation and improving barrier function.

Polidocanol (2%):
Antipruritic agent with peripheral soothing action. It modulates sensory transmission associated with pruritus and helps reduce discomfort in extremely dry skin.

Sodium lactate:
A key component of the Natural Moisturizing Factor. It acts as a humectant and pH regulator, promoting water retention and reinforcing the osmotic balance of the stratum corneum.
